I used the storage facility for exactly 2 years. I had forgot the passcode to enter, so I had to contact facility’s office for the code. After verifying my information, I was able to access my storage unit. Everything was still intact, especially since I packed it to the top. There was no damage from mode, extra pest or any other free radicals, that might enter in. Temperature in facility was great. I would highly recommend Storage of America for anyone wanting to keep items safe, in storage.

Website is very user friendly. I had a storage unit in a matter of minutes. When I called customer service about the lock on my unit the gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. The unit itself was very clean and easy to find. Storage of America is the place for my storage needs.

I absolutely love having a unit here. Very convenient and affordable. No issues with anything and maintenance is always on top of taking care of the property. I have been with Storage of America for over a year. I appreciate the freight elevator and the provided carts to move your belongings easily. I also appreciate the secure, code-access only doors. They provide a lock for your unit for convenience. Easy to pay online and to pay in advance. Thanks for meeting all of my needs.

Very nice team, quick to respond with any questions. They showed me the building when I first got my unit, very secure and easy to access when needed. Also easy to make payments online and stay ahead on it. All of my stuff stayed safe and in good condition in their building for years while we saved to move. Thank you!

⸻ I could list several concerns about this facility. The front office staff has consistently been unhelpful, and within just a few months of renting my unit, the price increased—something that feels like a tactic to lock customers in after they’ve already moved their belongings. Additionally, every time I access my unit, it feels as though I’m being monitored or policed, which I have never experienced at any other storage facility. At this point, moving to a different location doesn’t seem worth the trouble, but I would not recommend this place
