I have multiple units at CubeSmart and overall the experience has improved recently. The new manager, Sarah, has been great to work with. She is professional, helpful, and seems to actually care about the facility and customers. Unfortunately, the previous manager, Darrel, was very unprofessional. He was rarely there, often left the gate open at what is supposed to be a secure facility, and I had a work order submitted for my unit door that went unresolved for over a year. Since Sarah has taken over, things seem to be moving in a much better direction. I appreciate the improvement in management.

So far so good. This was my first time using this facility, and Office manager was great. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

We used this Cube Smart location while moving and needing space to store our belongings. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the staff were very helpful and professional. While working in our unit to clean in out after our move was complete, I stopped in the office several times to use their extremely clean restroom and was always welcomed and treated kindly. Highly recommend this location !

Darrol was great. Quick easy process. Started online and finished up paperwork in the office. ~10 minutes and you’ll be in your unit. Bring a lock with you.

(Edit, over 6 months no resolution no heat doors still broken ive called and emailed multiple multiple times no reply back, on site "manager" to stoned to care and doesnt do anything and has given me fake numbers to get ahold of the owner and the other review I left that replied saying email cubsmart didnt reply and still hasn't reached out. Our door is officially to broken to.even lock or put the slide bolt in and the manager said "he'd get to it, he cant make the owner pay people to fix things", what type of buisness owner screws his 10 year+ clients. Looks like its time to file and report to ohio attorney general and BBB and go to arbitration if needed) We have had a unit for over 10 years here For 5 months ive had a ticket in about our door being broke and it taking 3 people to lift and being unable to lock without hammering the slide in For 5 months the air has not been working For 5 months we have been charged the same and nothing has been done the unit 2 doors down hasn't had anyone for over a year and they replaced that door and there's still nobody in it Talked to the on site manager and he says the owners don't want to pay for anything and that he doesn't know what to do to make them fix things, and I quote, "it might be best for you to move to a different unit" For the past 4 weeks (we come here every week) the gate has been wide open and anyone can come and go
