I paid for a full month of storage with Dove Storage and was completely unable to access my unit on move-in day because the access code they provided did not work. I had already paid a professional moving crew, but no one at Dove Storage could help me gain access. There was no immediate solution, no on-site support, and no accountability. Because my movers were present and waiting, I was forced to pay for another storage unit that same day out of pocket. Despite failing to provide the service I paid for, Dove Storage then charged me again for another month and has refused to issue a full refund. I paid for a service that was never delivered and was financially penalized for their system failure. This was extremely unprofessional, costly, and stressful. If you are moving on a tight schedule or relying on access codes to work, do not trust this facility. When something goes wrong, you are on your own. I would not recommend Dove Storage to anyone.

I used to love this storage unit until my schizophrenic ex was allowed access to live in my unit and steal all my tools. Was even given his own key to my locks by their maintenance man when I have a restraining order against the ex. Unacceptable but as far as the location and the units they are great as long as they keep the homeless and psychopaths out from stealing people's things!
