I’ve had a great experience with Public Storage at this location. The facility is in a great area, very easy to access, and the mobile app makes getting in and out quick and convenient. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Brittney and Sarah. I recently thought I had lost my home and storage lock keys, which was pretty stressful. They actually found them somewhere in the complex, tracked me down, and called to let me know. That level of customer service really meant a lot. Super friendly staff and a very well-run location. Highly recommend! 👍

First of all, Brittany at the front desk was so extremely nice and helpful. I booked a reservation online and she had me in the office, out and in my new unit all within 10-15 minutes. Everything was explained in great detail and I love the drive up garage for when it’s raining or cold. That’s so clutch. Thanks again, Brittany!

Keven was INCREDIBLY helpful!! The whole process was very easy and I couldn’t be more grateful. From start to finish- not even 20 minutes and I was moving stuff in to my unit, which actually appears larger than I was imagining!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Brittany was very helpful and courteous, and very intensive and helped me get everything that I needed to get done. She helped me she didn’t have a nasty attitude like most people. She was a good person to have at the front desk. We need more people like her in the front end of work if there was always people like her in the world this world would be a better place because she had always had a smile. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, and she even took care of an issue with our account quickly and efficiently. Brittany’s excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and positive.
