The unit itself is fine. Even though I ordered the unit online and was given access code to move in on a Sunday, the access code was wrong. No one was in the office and no emergency phone number anywhere. So that delayed my move in by a day. Not a big deal but did put a wrench in my plans and I had a uhaul needing to be returned so I had to work extra fast to get moved in by return time. Showed up the next day at 8:40am. Office was supposed to open at 8am. Storage manager did show up and apologized because he had to go to another site to unlock a unit. Manager was friendly and came and took off the lock. Was hoping he would offer a pro rate for the day that I was unable to use the unit but was not offered that. Also, the space between the buildings is super tight. Had I went to the office and got the unit I may have been able to pick one that was easier accessible since I had a 15 ft uhaul and a trailer but we managed fine. An emergency phone line would be helpful for urgent requests. But not a deal breaker.

The manager and the customer service personnel are awesome to work with at the Prestige Storage Circleville location. I have used their service/storage facility for almost two years and would highly recommend them. Clean and safe location too.

We’ve had a large unit at this facility for several years. From experience, when you look for a place to store your treasures, finding a place that cares about your things as much as you can be a challenge. Well, Look no further! This facility is so well cared for, it’s clean, well lit, secure and gave us several options in size and indoor/outdoor options as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and their location (our unit is on Edison) is very centrally located. I would definitely recommend Prestige to my own friends & family.

TDLR: Rented a locker over a year ago close to $200 cancelled locker 1-2 days later never got reimbursed. Waited for them to go to corporate to figure it out, my reimbursement was a free month that anyone can get on their website. But I still would have to pay move in fees again… The office personnel were great I sat there and kicked it with dude for an hour or so even but this just rubbed me the wrong way… more details below.. Rented a locker in March ‘24 to put some extra items from my business due to having to move my shop from it being sold. Well got the locker paid for it and then ended up not needing it canceled 2-3 days later returned everything. Waited for reimbursement, said it needed to go to corporate to figure out. I had no issue with that, well I had a severe injury at work. Been laid up the last 8-9 months, so priorities have been pushed back. I stopped in there about 3-4 months ago to check on things and was told it would be probably 2-3 months before getting a check. Again I was fine with that, never received a check or reimbursement. Fast forward to today, I need a locker for personal use because I’m moving. Well I called and asked if I could just put what I was to be reimbursed towards a new locker. They stated they couldn’t reimburse me but could give me a month free but I’d still have to pay move in fees etc. Anyone can get this on certain lockers lol, so basically I gave them close to 200$ for a locker I didn’t have 1-2 days. That didn’t have a single item out in it nor was the door even opened.. I wouldn’t have even cared if they charged me and subbed the 1-2 days and fees whatever, I’ll eat that but to say their reimbursement was what anyone can go get on the website? Come on now lol i didn’t make a big deal of things I didn’t press the issue etc, I try to give a business every chance before getting to this point…
