Ever since I first got a storage locker with Buckeye State I’ve been dealing with customer service rep named Wayne. He’s been an excellent person. He represents the company very well. He’s taking very good care of me. He’s always been polite, kind and courteous and respectful. I would recommend anyone to buckeye state storage Simply because the customer rep I’ve dealt with has been excellent.

The customer service I recieved from Wayne was 5 star, the storage facility was safe and secure and when I did reach out to him he answered immediately. Super helpful and got me out of a jam one morning when I was there before 7am. Cannot say enough good things about my experience there. A++

Buckeye State Storage is the best place to store your belongings in Cleveland! The location is perfect for anyone in the Slovic Village or Downtown areas. The units vary in size but they are all reasonably priced and they are all very clean and all are behind a security fence that is monitored by the Cleveland Police so you can take comfort knowing that your belongings are going to remain safe and secure. The owners of this place are very friendly and understanding if you have trouble from time to time that won't just shut you out and sell your unit. As long as you stay in contact and keep your word that will give you time to pay your rent. They have 24hr access to your unit if needed but mostly you gotta get to your unit during business hours, but if your life demands needing access at night you could be able to do so with the security code box located outside the large security gate which the owners have camera access to see who is coming in and out. All in all Buckeye State Storage is definitely a place to check out if you need a good priced, clean and safe place to store your belongings I promise you'll thank me in the end! I would not consider another place because this place is a gem in the rough!
