The storage site manager, Bill, was great! The unit I had reserved with a 1/2-off 3-month introductory rate was still being cleaned out. This issue was quickly resolved. Bill was able to coordinate a larger unit for my use at the same introductory cost. This was a great help to me in a time of need while closing out my father’s estate.
