Cam the manager on Roberts Rd in Columbus OH, was absolutely amazing. We are from Oklahoma and moving my Mom. He answered all our questions and helped so much in getting us set up until we can move all of her belongings. He was professional but sweet and so understanding!! The facilities are great too, even with all the snow!! Cam shoveled in front of our unit to, so we didn't have any issues with accessing anything.

My unit was climate controlled and I had no issues at all.
