EDIT - I lost my job, I have tried to call and communicate that with them but seems no one is ever available to answer the phone . They have horrible communication skills . They never answer their phone and when they did call I explained them my situation. They don’t care what anyone is going through because they’re a business that is in it for the money that’s it . The one guy that’s working their now told me he’s been in the business for years when I told him U-Haul let me get my stuff and said he’s never heard of U-Haul . I laughed how have you never heard of one of your biggest competitors? Now they are trying to tell me I have to pay for a new lock , why would I pay for a new lock when I’m paying off my balance and taking my stuff and no longer keeping it there ? I think his name was Rob , he was nice and so helpful but these new people you have working their lie and act like they know everything. I will not be storing with you guys again this is the worst experience I have ever had . They need to answer their phones. When I was their the phone rang , the lady looked at it and put it face down on the desk and didn’t even answer it. It’s a nice storage unit but I have had nothing but trouble trying to reach someone there to talk to them about my storage unit. When I go there to see if someone is in no one is there either .
