no one answers the phone and it takes 2+ hours to hear back . I also moved out of my until 12/27 . it is now FEBRUARY 4th and im still waiting on my deposit refund . was told it would be sent out in 2 weeks on 01/08 .. called again the 29th , he said he was sending them out the next day .. STILL nothing almost a week later .

I had it emptied on day 10 and forgot to call them that it was empty for 2 days, so technically 12. They still sent me my deposit back even though i forgot to call them. Will definitely use them again in the future, great service.
