Not only did she help me quickly and smoothly secure a storage unit, but she showed so much kindness and empathy when I shared that I was going through a separation. Just got my unit this week and the size is great. Love the carts by the door for customer use. However I do think it could be a tad warmer inside since it's "climate controlled " and could definitely use more lighting in the halls in front of unit doors. But otherwise very nice facility.

If storage units had an MVP awards, Alex at CubeSmart would already have a trophy case stored here. I came in stressed, confused, and questioning all my life choices that led to me needing a storage unit… and Alex handled it like a pro. He explained everything clearly, didn’t make me feel dumb for askingw 67 questions, and somehow made renting a storage unit feel like a VIP experience. The place is clean, organized, and doesn’t have that “mystery smell” some storage places have (huge bonus). But honestly, Alex is the real 5 stars here. The true alpha pro. Give this man a raise, a promotion, or at least a really good lunch. 10/10

This place is super clean and absolutely the best. Alex is what makes it so wonderful. He will help you from the first day you walk in. To the day you take possession of your storage unit and beyond. He made sure the unit fit my needs. Felt like I was talking to a friend. I have never dealt with someone who made me feel so comfortable and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for storage. The gentleman who was assisting me was very polite and help full. He even cut the plastic that enclosed my new lock to make it easier to get out of it package. Over all a great service and deal.
