I was going to call to go over some of the promotions I was seeing online, but I decided to drop in. I am really glad I did. Darcy was incredibly helpful! She took the time to go over all of my questions. The facility is beautiful and super clean. There are restrooms that customers can use out among the storage units, saving me a couple of trips to the office already. The area around my units is well lit, and there are a couple of doorways close by. I am a little sad that the 10'x30' units are actually 3x 10'x10' units, but the price is so far the best one I have found for temperature controlled. The only issue I have had so far is trying to get into the door closest to my units. However, after a couple of failed attempts I received a phone call from Darcy (the manager) personally explaining that heavy rainfall affects the locking mechanisms, and she gave me a trick to make it easier. Haven't had an issue since. So far I am very pleased!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had called around for car storage to countless places and they were either extremely expensive or couldn’t help me because of space or accessibility. Darcy was very helpful over the phone in accommodating me and I could not believe the price! I stopped in the next day to store my car and both Darcy and Mandy were so pleasant to work with! It was a quick and easy process to get everything settled. You’re in very good hands here!

Great, clean facility. Renting online was simple and easy, and then finalizing everything in person was a breeze. Darcy the manager was very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this place to others! Update: I needed to add another unit (have more junk than I thought I did 😄). Went in on Saturday, and Mandy helped get me set up quickly. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough!
