Nikki has been really good in answering my questions and giving helpful hints about moving in. The storage facility is beautiful, new and super clean. My only problem with EZ Storage was accessibility with the online process and not being able to ask questions. Since this is a satellite office I didn't get to see the sizes, so I didn't know exactly what to expect. Once I rented the unit and was able to talk to Nikki everything was fine. I would recommend EZ Storage in Lebanon, Ohio. New units and easily accessible as well as perfect location.
