The officer manager helped tremendously with a personal situation that rolled over into my storage affairs. You need more employees like her that will sit down and listen, even though I was rambling, and offer her sympathy and help as much as she possibly could. Christina made what started as a terrible day, just a little more sunny when all was said and done.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had to get a storage before and had so many questions, and every single question was answered, including things just thrown at me that I would have never thought to ask. Not once have I ever felt more confident in spending my husbands money than I did getting a storage for us to move to our forever home lol. I cannot remember her name, but if she see's this, THANK YOU!

Great service and everything was smooth during the check-in Christina was The absolute best. Her customer service is top notch. If she could ever get a promotion, this is a girl who deserves it. She was truly wonderful.
