Great service from start to finish. Staff was always on hand to answer any questions I had and most importantly was how easy it was to end my lease once my personal needs had changed. Overall loved the service, easy payment options and super friendly staff! A++

HORRIBLE! Outside of facility dirty most of the time because people move out and just leave their stuff outside. Staff barely ever available on site or answers the phone, not even the out of office manager number that’s posted on the door. Worst of all, they’ve been double charging me since May. Called customer service and Beth was AMAZING. Verified my payment issue but I still have not received a phone call from the facility.

Storage was nice and clean.it was easy to get in/out and it was nice having climate controlled space inside. Only issues were when I went there was rarely a cart to use. Like 1 out of 15 visits there was something to use. Also, many times there was no one in the office during hours it mess supposed to be open.

I purchased the unit under the claim that I would have 24 hour access. I was given the access code and a backup. I explained i was driving in from out of state and arriving outside normal access hours. When I arrived, my code and the backup would not work. I wait in the parkinglot until office hours. I called and talked to customer service. They provided me the same code and backup I had already tried. I then tried the codes again for all three doors and still recieved an "Invalid code" message. Customer service said a manger is the only one who can open the door and that person wouldn't be available until 7am. They would not call me back. I had to call them. I waited another hour in the parkinglot. Called exactly at 7. I waited on hold for 15min before talking to the same customer service rep. She reached out to the manager and couldn't get ahold them. She said she would call me back. After not hearing anything, I called back at 8 and she said she had reached out to the manager and the manager could not help. I tried the code again and the door finally opened 2 1/2 hours after I showed up. This is unprofessional and really ridiculous. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
