BEWARE…. i’m renting from the one on Wooster Pike. I’ve only been in there two months and they’ve raised the rate twice. I started out at $88. The next month they raised it to $119 and today they raised it to $171. Needless to say I will be moving out. They are robbing people and there is never anyone in the office. They don’t return phone calls if they do they have no clue what they’re talking about. They can’t even answer your questions. The guy just agreed with everything I said. he said he was new go figure

The girl named Sammie that works for you I got a storage unit there and she was the most helpful sweetest most polite person. I tried to call yesterday and there was no one there she took the initiative to call me back to help me out. That is above and beyond what her job entails and I'm so grateful. I was in a tough spot and needed the help.

The team at the Medina location is nice respectful and understanding the gentleman and russ was great and understanding I was on a life call with assistance and he heard me and he came out and said I have it I'll finish it up with him and he was a great help
