Amber made this experience so easy. I called with questions and she was so sweet in answering my questions thoroughly. I went online to book the storage unit, and made a mistake. When I popped into the office, Amber was once again fantastic in making adjustments for the experience to go smoother. I highly recommend this location.

All good, except paid on the 8th and wanted unit the 15th. Well payment due on 8 of every month. So after being told I can book a week in advance it didn't work out like that. Also charged me for insurance for the 5 months paid in advance. Told them car fully insured don't need it. I only got 3 months CREDIT towards unpaid months. When called first time got a guy that made the unit happen. Decent price, not great price, but now I will end up paying for extra month because of the dates.

Amber was extremely patient getting my storage needs set up today. She was very easy to work with and explained everything I needed to know. Nathan and Nick have also been very helpful when I’ve called in with questions before I was actually ready to obtain my RV storage for the winter. Thank you all
