They have raised my rent THREE TIMES in one year. GRAVEL lot. It is impossible to move things in and out easily. Very dirty unit. Definite pest and rodent problems (no, we have no food in our unit). The rep I have talked to is always courteous and friendly. She said they were making improvements, but all that happened was an addition of more outside storage spaces and then raised my rent. I hate paying so much for such a junky place. We will be moving, and will not recommend.

Dear owner, This is not a previous owner problem. I can find posts from a year ago saying new owner. My ex got the unit around April of 2019 and his tools were gone by August 2019. Do you understand he is a mechanic? His way of making money and paying bills was stolen. I can understand you not reimbursing him for the tools, but you could have at least given him some if not all of his rent back. They were left there with the expectation of them being safe and secure. Apparently, they were neither. We have cameras on our house he should have just left them on the porch. At least, we would know who stole them.

New ownership is doing a great job! I'm glad they fixed the gate and allow online payments - so much more convenient then going to the office or mailing a check! Jessica in the office has always been helpful but has been great during the transition helping set up the online payments and gate code.

Do not use this facility. It is completely unsecured and they will not help you if your belongings get stolen. I had a full set of mechanic tools stored there. $3000 worth of tools in large boxes that just vanished. I suspect the owners and employees had something to do with it given the other reviews here. They won't even do so much as refund me a months rent or help with the surveillance footage. You're better off storing your property in your back yard. I hope the meth and heroine was worth pissing off a local activist and journalist. I will make sure everyone around knows not to use this facility. Response to owner: I asked for the surveillance footage so I could review it myself. I gave you three weeks to produce that footage and you did not even give me a call back. you said you were going to email the owners and find a way to get that footage to me. That was not done. You said you would email the owners about a possible refund of my last two months rent. That also did not happen. If you think I'm just going to lay down after losing $3,000 Worth of tools, you really are on drugs. it's not like this was a small jewelry box or little trinkets that were stolen. This was large tool boxes. And the way they got them out was very obvious. The sheet metal between my unit and the adjacent unit was peeled back. Now how did somebody know that there were expensive tools in there? How did they know to go after that specific unit? I was born at night but not last f****** night...
