I'm so happy I found My Place Storage. Easy to get a unit, all codes worked and the unit dry and clean. The best thing is that's its 2 miles from my house.

This place is a joke. Trying to find new place next few days. In 8 months had 2 rent increases started at 89 now paying 140 and in the wet grass dont even have concrete on my side. Never plow it in winter. And good luck getting ahold of a,manager they all foreign and no manager on site place is a real bs place. Been waiting 3 days for call back cause rent went from 124 to 140 in 3 months yet again. If you want unexpected rent increases every 3-4 mpnths go here. Save your $$ go somewhere that has on site manager and wont jump rent every month

Bianca was so helpful tonight when I got to the unit. I.prepaid for a 10x10 but really only need a 5x10. She made the switch immediately and helped me with getting there lock off so I could put mine on. I highly recommend this place they are cheaper than the ones a few buildings down.

Ive had my current unit for 7 months, the rent has increased by $20 twice already. My previous unit increased by $35 within 5 months. I am currently looking at a new facility. Would not recommend. I was asked to call and speak with them after my review. I called and was told that the storage mgr would get back with me. Well, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. I have tried on at least three other occasions to speak with the manager, but my calls were never returned.

The absolute worst self storage place to do business with. Since they come under New Management / ownership their billing department has been the absolute worst I've ever seen in a business place. I have receipts to show that I am on automatic billing and my credit cards were billed. They were paid yet I receive bills from them via email saying that I am behind on my storage payment. Anytime you call you can never speak with someone of authority that can correct the billing mistakes or send you new receipts out. You only can speak with people with limited skills and can't do anything other than make a reservation for a unit. When you ask for a call back someone will try to call you from a spam or spoofed phone number that not all phone services will put through because of it being suspicious or spoofed. I do not recommend anyone to rent a storage unit at My place self storage on Manchester road in New Franklin, Ohio. Look for my post on Facebook where I will have receipts and a list of calls that I have made to them. Requesting to speak with someone in the billing department or a manager and I have yet to get a call back in a timely fashion and I have went through their automated service to try to correct it and the automated service shows that I am even further behind and I have receipts for all of it. This is what happens when you do business with someone and they have people in other countries answering their phones or doing their billing.
