Jean at this location was helpful and informative, a very kind person. When I arrived with the moving truck in the evening, the movers were grateful to be able to unload and leave in enough time to stop for their dinner and on to their next job. I originally got a 10 x 10, but had to upgrade to a 10 x 20 in order to fit all my belongings. I moved from Yoder, Indiana and finding and obtaining this storage unit was by far the easiest thing about my move. The moving company kept wanting more money for made up reasons. Was so easy to get a unit! The lady that helped me, Jean, was super nice and helpful. She made sure my gate code worked and I didn't have any further questions about anything. A lock was included with my rental and their insurance is great and super affordable! I will definitely use them again in the future for all my storage needs!!
