This review is primarily based on my experience with Pete, the on site manager. Very friendly and professional. He provided exceptional knowledge including complete information about the facility and its detailed operation. We made a note of an old wasp nest hidden in our storage unit and it was removed by Pete before we were back on site to fill the unit within the hour. He has also had quick responses to my emails after our initial meeting. We're new to this location, but it looks to be very clean and well maintained. Smooth move in experience.

Fantastic place to rent a storage unit. Units are clean and very secure, plus you can access them at any time with the code they give you. There are cameras everywhere so you know that yourself and your items are safe and sound. The guy who runs the place, Pete goes out of his way to help his customers, my car battery died once when I was there and Pete helped me out by giving me a jump. Great guy, great storage, five stars will definitely go there again for all my storage needs

Storage Space at the Hoyt Rd Painesville facility became organized and clean and business-like once Pete Motz came on board. Hebrought organization and support to the rental experience. Above all, he is a gentleman who always has time for you, who keeps a clean, orderly place all year long and is always available to meet someone's needs Not too long ago I had a frozen padlock on my unit and Pete helped me free it up so I could unlock it, as if it were his own...that's the kind of guy he is.
