Cassie was awesome. The whole process of finding the right spot to store our RV and then renting it couldn’t have gone better. Cassie is a rockstar. So my sense is that hiring outstanding staff is best thing that Smart Stop is doing.

It was an easy process to register and get a storage quickly. However, the cleanliness of the storage was poor! I would not have left my things there but I had no other choice.
