The facility is clean and well kept. The first time we went to our unit there was a huge puddle in front of our door and my feet got soaked. When I made it back today they had added stone to make sure there were no puddles. The unit is clean and secure. I also had a friend who got a unit out there and it was also clean and very secure.

Absolutely Terrible service. My payments come out automatically and we’re taken out of my account, I received a receipt from them. Was then contacted about non payment so I sent them my bank account statement showing a payment was made and was told thank you. I heard nothing further of an issue. Today I went to get my items out and they have a lock on it. In the process of moving out and had help only for the day and couldn’t do it. Claims to be open 24/7 but has not returned any of my calls. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Not happy I left an email and a voicemail no response then called again and got Chelsea who charged my bank card even though I DID NOT have automatic billing which out my account in the negative when I called her about it she was very rude stating that she would have to look into it. Called me back said they were wrong and would give me a refund. I expressed that my bank gave me a 15 $ overdraft fee for the charge they put through without my authorization and she didn’t offer to pay me back or take it off my bill she only said that if I didn’t pay my bill with them by the next day I would have a late fee from them as well!!!!! I can’t wait to get my stuff out of there I will never do business with them again and I had to pay th 15 that was their fault.
