Recently visited this facility located in Troy. Tasha explained the rental procedures and gave us a tour. We found a unit to meet our needs and completed paperwork in timely manner. Tasha was very knowledgeable, helpful , and very efficient. Great customer service experience.
So far so good the intake process was easy and quick. Service was beautiful. My only complaint is they could have swept the unit out for me but nothing major.
They honestly had some of the rudest employees and the reviews here were so good so it must be they’re good to people that they like and they’re rude to people that they don’t like So I’ll be very clear about my situation here in probably why they’re treating me poorly I paid to vacate which is 50% off of what your bill is owed The employee that has been helping me has been so rude and treating me as if I’m less than because of my situation I’ve even explained to her the type of situation I was in and asked her to take it easy on me And it’s almost like she got more rude and offended because I was asking her to have patience with me My particular situation was discretionary and it wasn’t really 100% black-and-white to the policy Therefore, the district manager was involved in this particular situation This employee was so rude about calling him. I just don’t understand. And I’m probably only making this review because I’m going through my situation and my feelings are hurt because she was so rude But I just want the smart stop property owner owners to know what’s going on Just because someone is not in the best of situations does not mean you should treat them less than. I wasn’t disrespectful. I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t emotional. I have the understanding that I have to have a positive mindset so I’m not out here being nasty to people Don’t think that it couldn’t be you. Apparently this employee thinks that she’s untouchable when it comes to bad situations. Shame on her
So far the experience has been great. It has only been a couple days but it has been good from us so far.
I went in for help with my monthly rate rising. Jessica and tasha helped me explore other options to keep my costs manageable. They were very thorough in explaining how everything works. I have a better unit for a better price now and more informed with how the billing works. I am happy I stopped in and talked to them
