Arlene is extremely nice and helpful. Best experience I've had with public storage. Everywhere else I looked was extremely pushy- to the point of discomfort. It's rare to come across great customer service and sales people these days. Arlene gets an A++ from me. I even created a gmail account just to give her the great review she deserves. Give this woman a raise.

Arlene is darling. Every time I go in and talk with her she is extremely helpful and sweet. The units are nice and basic, which is what we are looking for. I enjoy giving my business to this public storage location because: 1.) I receive friendly and helpful customer service and I don't feel like I'm being haggled compared to other locations and other businesses. 2.) The units are located in a quaint, quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. 3.) The pricing of public storage units is cheaper than other storage businesses in the surrounding area.

Amazingly affordable and secure!

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our unit. Mrs Arlene was helpful, professional, and very nice lady to speak with. There was no problem getting moved into our unit, and the process was quick as well as efficient. Our stuff is safe and we can rest at ease to know we chose the right place to store it. We would rate it 10 Stars if we could. One last thing, the online site is outstanding!!! You can manage everything online from bill pay, move in, move out, ect. For us that is AWESOME considering we are over the road truck drivers.

We had a great experience opening up a unit with Public Storage. There was a great sale going on, so we got a fair price and all our needs met. Front desk staff was great and connected with them about being from Colorado!

So, had a question about payments and saw Arlene today 2/7/25 and she fixed everything up quickly. She has provided excellent customer service from the first time we moved in up to now. She is very helpful and dedicated to what she does. (Guess this is how you add a second review - to edit the first?) (February 2025) Arlene did a great job of getting us through the internet process. She also got us running on the app. She is very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and everything was in order when we moved in. (September 2024)

Absolutely the worst storage facility company I’ve ever gone with. Monthly bill went from $135 up to $200 after two months. Then increased to $250 a month. The second you’re late on your payment they lock you out of the facility. Lots of hidden fees and this facility is quite run down. They’ll send you to auction if you fall 2 months behind, where every other company gives you 3 months which is how it’s laid out in the law. Would not recommend any of their locations after the horrible 8 months we had with them as our storage facility. Much better, nicer and cheaper options available in the area. Only thing positive I have to say about the company, the facility or the staff is that Arlene is such a sweetheart! She was always super helpful and has the best customer service I’ve ever seen.
