I enjoyed this storage unit while i had it. Recent events in my life have caused me to have to cancel, but the facility was clean and secure, and my climate controlled unit was kept nice and warm. Above all else the staff members were very kind. Lynn, in particular, was amazing. The only and biggest gripe i have is the fact that my unit had no lighting inside. A lot of the smaller temperature controlled units dont have lighting, and it's a pretty huge inconvenience and safety hazard. Lynn took all my complaints to management, and management just doesn't seem to care enough to fix the lights. Would recommend, but depending on your unit, make sure you got a good flashlight.

The place for storage is OK. The rental price is getting extremely high for what you are getting. You give no more perks for someone who pays in full annually. like get 13 months for paying for 12 months. You provide no electric power.

The lady Lynn that works for them is awesome. She is super sweet and so very helpful with any questions or concerns. We rented a unit yesterday and it was too small and she was quick to answer the phone and get us into a bigger size one that was perfect...all while we literally had the u haul there to move things in. She was great!!! Definitely recommend you store your things here if you need a storage unit.

A great place for storage. Easy to sign up, easy to get in and out-24 hrs a day. Wonderful, clean and safe. I would use it again.
