it has been a very nice experience. However, I feel I should have been notified when the lock and door were changed on my storage unit. Instead, I had to drive back through the parking lot attempt turn left onto a busy street only to turn back into the unit just so that I could get into the office to get a key for the new lock. if I had known ahead of time, I would have taken care of that as soon as I had pulled in. An email would have been great!

Dan was very helpful in explaining what the fees were and how things worked. He was friendly and knowledgeable. On the other hand, the grounds need to be better kept. There were a number of discarded belongings and trash outside of the units. Conditions like these can be invitation to unwanted and destructive pests and rodent activity. I certainly hope it is taken care of soon.

today I walked in and seen a customer yelling at an employee. She was very rude and disrespectful to him. His name was Dan, and he just handled everything very well and treated the other customers what kindness even after he was yelled at by the lady who came in at first.

Don't move your stuff in this storage I had my unit for less than two weeks and I came to get something from my unit and I seen roaches.. the guys at the first desk was no help Jeff was rude and didn't care Dan told me to get a Roach Bomb and Bomb the unit. They only OFFERED me a free transfer and one month free..so I had to Bomb the unit and rent another u- haul to move my stuff in the other unit.. this is by far the worst experience I ever had.. I called the insurance and Owner and still wasn't able to satisfy me as being one of the customers.. I highly recommend if you're searching for a storage unit DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!

I have had a great experience moving in. I registered online and my Unit was clean, ready, and accessible. Dan was very helpful and provided excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend this facility.
