I just moved here and needed extra storage for my stuff. Nate was so helpful in helping me find the right size and was so quick with it! I can’t talk highly enough of his friendliness, eagerness, and all around knowledge of his customers and their needs! I recommend Nate, especially, to all my friends and family needing a place to store! This place is so clean and so well taken care of!

I was here just the other day and just had to leave a review regarding my experience with Nate, I believe he said he was the store manager? It wasn’t hard to see why, he made the process easy and helped make recommendations until we found the perfect unit for my exact needs! Gosh I could’ve kissed the little fella after the service I receive, I’m talking tongue it was that good of a service. Without him I would’ve never found such a clean well kept space to store my golfing equipment and back up terrariums for my exotic collection of boa constrictors and boa scarves. Really anything boa. Nate’s service was excellent and it’s hard to find that quality of service at my age anymore, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Dan from Sperry road who's access is all external referred me to Nate at the clemons road location which has climate control and great prices. Nate was sure inform me of all fees and securities and even took the time to welcome me warmly. Both displayed excellent customer service and great people skills which are two totally different things. Also office, entry point and facility as a whole is extremely clean and well kept. Great job guys.

I’m in the process of moving and cannot bring everything with me at the moment. I’ve had such a hard time finding a storage facility that I felt safe leaving my belongings in. That is, until I decided to stop in the Westlake Clemens road location. Nate, the property manager, showed me around and explained everything to me in detail. The facility is clean and climate controlled. I’m so grateful for Nate and all his hard work, now I have a safe storage unit for my things!

Switching from another location to a smaller unit here closer to my residence and Nate could not have been kinder or more helpful. He made the switch easy, affordable, and even post dated it for next week so I don’t pay for time I’m not using. I highly recommend this location and look forward to the next six months of care-free storage rental!
