Excellent storage facility that I have continuously used for the last few years after my interstate move. My belonging have been kept secure and in excellent condition through several seasons here. Access is very secure, yet easy and accessible for clients. The staff is very communicative and friendly. Stephen and Jenna are both awesome and the prices are quite reasonable. Finally the location is great; in an easily accessible and nice area.I highly recommend this facility for anyone’s short or long term storage needs!

We have utilized Ace Storage for the last 4 years. In fact, we now have 2 units for storage. In close proximity to our office its extremely convenient. The facility is secure, well lit, clean and well maintained. Jenna has always been responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Ace for all your storage needs.

They have new management, who is not very friendly and have also raised their prices. She also does not return phone calls. I am very disappointed & frustrated with this Jenna. I have called for 3 days & left messages & she will not return my phone calls. I have been a customer for 5 years & have always paid my bill on time. I do not understand this new management and their mistreatment of paying customers! please note all good reviews are from several years ago.

I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Stephen while helping my aging father down-size. Stephen recognized and thanked dad (a WWII veteran) for his service, patiently talked us through our storage options, and kindly offered a discount when our desired unit size was not available. We chose Ace because of their Google ratings. I'm happy to say we were not disappointed.

I cannot get them to return a phone call. I am actively in need of storage but will have to choose somewhere else since my calls will not be returned
