I was very happy with the beginning rate that I was given . However, I was not informed at the time of signing up that it was a promotional rate. After 4 months the rent increased from 58 dollars to 150 a month. That is the only reason I left. The unit was clean, dry, easily accessible... the staff was always friendly when I needed them. They provided all necessary info that I needed to access my unit without their help, but was pleasent friendly and helpful when I did need them. If it wasn't for the cost, I would still be there!!!

At the start of my unit I was paying the best price they gave because they matched it online. After a few months I was paying $225.00 which I felt was outrageous but the unit was great. I moved out of my unit on November 2nd since I signed my lease on the 1st. I wasn’t aware of when I was going to be moving out so I couldn’t report 2 weeks in advance. I had my until pay from October 18th until November 18th and was not received any form of refund for the remaining days I did not use. Some people aren’t aware of when they are moving and it will be sudden. I just wish I would have received a refund for the weeks I didn’t use.

Jenny was great. Took me around the property and showed me the unit. She took the time to explain the process to me as I have never stored anything before. She was really knowledgeable and friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just started renting a unit here and it’s been great so far …. super clean, easy setup, and the staff made everything simple. Feels safe and well-kept, which gives me peace of mind.
