When I began looking at storage facilities in my area, I narrowed my selection to 3 locations. While each facility was similar in capacity and location convenience, Attic Storage Jenks was the best choice for my purposes. Jose provided an immediate response to my email request, followed up with a phone call and set an appointment to tour the facility and ensure that I was renting exactly the space I needed compared to what I thought I wanted. He was quick to show me all of the available options so that I could decide which unit suited me best. The rental process was easy and convenient and with the facility being relatively new, I felt comfortable with my decision. As an added bonus, the reduced rental rate for the first 3 months was definitely an incentive worth considering.

So far my experience has been great! I wish the website allowed you to pick a unit based off available units rather than randomly assigning you one. We ended up with one that was a little hard to get to and I didn’t know where it was going to be until I signed the lease agreement. Otherwise the price is comparable to other places and I was happy there was availability immediately. The customer service has been fantastic!

Fantastic storage location. Indoor and outdoor facilities based on whatever your need is. We needed something temperature controlled and we've been pleased with the management, the facilities, and the location. I highly recommend this place.
