Gene was very friendly, great customer service provided. Immediately made me feel welcome and happy about renting a storage unit from this facility!

I was able to easily book a unit online, but it was necessary to call him to confirm reservation and complete the process. The person helped me was you should understand, professional, and worked efficiently to complete the process. Then I was sent an email confirmation with instructions that included a map. The unit was cleaned out but there was a little bit of dirt on the floor that needed to be removed but not too much you could tell that it had been cleaned out and swept just not completely free of dirt. It would probably be better if they blew it out or mopped it out instead of just swept it out. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m overall satisfied and would recommend the facility.

The facility looks a little rough when you drive by however, looks are deceiving. Onsite manager makes it a point to know his people. The Facility is clean. Manager and his wife keep the grounds well kept and when I signed up I got Insurance and a Lock without running to the store. Come on! They have Uhaul rentals and supplies and it's everything you need in a storage facility without having to go too far.
