I would honestly advised people not to do business with this company unless they up their security. I drove 4 hours to my storage unit and almost ALL my valuable belongings has been stolen!!! TVs, dressers, shoes, music equipment, clothes, computers, jewelry, etc. are missing. It’s an unsupervised property with no 24 hour surveillance and there’s no in person on the property to talk to or to watch the premises. I made a phone call to let the people know what happened but apparently they couldn’t get ahold of the assistant manager so now I have to wait until they can get access to security footage. I trusted that my belongings would be safe and secured here especially when I’m paying for the service. It’s truly disheartening, I’m angry and hurt from this. It’s even worse because I don’t have no answers yet and some of my belongings are irreplaceable. I understand when it comes to affordability but it’s definitely not worth it when there’s a risk of your stuff being stolen. Photos are posted from the date I moved in which is August 3 and this is the state it was left in when I arrived on September 9. You can clearly see in the third photo the NOTICE “THIS AREA IS UNDER 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE” like how could you let this happen?!?
