Very hard to drive with any size of trailer my trailer is only 12 ft long. It was very hard to navigate. Also no place to throw away anything. I personally would never rent from this place Logistics and entrance and even drivability of the parking lot is very hard. Concrete is very steep about every 10 ft for drainage. If you don't have a vehicle that is set up for greater than everyday Town clearance you will bottom out or scrape the tongue of your trailer. There are scrape marks everywhere... I'm glad I helped to get someone out of this place. He left a perfect unit and is still getting grief about deposit...

Ive actually had this storage for a long time. Never had a complaint until now. I was looking into getting a larger storage because im moving. Well since its February 1st which starts a new month they said I would have to pay full price for another unit and would not be reimbursed for the old unit. I asked if they could just pro rate it since im staying with them and have been a customer for over a year. They said no. So I have to look for a new location because im not gonna pay double this month it doesn't make sense to me. Smh. Guess they arent so customer oriented. On to the next should be their motor. Js 🫡

I am not really a fan of this place in Moore. The drive up and down scraping the bottom of your car going in and out of the facility is horrible. There is no person available to speak with if you have a problem it's all electronic. I don't think from the moment that we rented this place which was over 18 months ago that I've even seen a person. They change their rates with a 1-month notice and it always goes up. However I will give you a tip, if you call the customer service and you have paid for 12 months with no late fees, you can ask to have your monthly payment lowered. It's normally only temporary.

Anyone with common sense knows you have to make sure your ride height is level when pulling a trailer. Its impossible under normal circumstances to scrap up a driveway, unless your speeding, or have terrible mechanical issues with your suspension, or you dont know how to load a trailer.
