⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE — CRAIG DESERVES ALL THE PRAISE I cannot say enough incredible things about the service I received at this Public Storage location, and especially from Craig. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Craig genuinely cares about people—not just doing his job, but doing it exceptionally well. Craig went far above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. He was patient, knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt completely confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, and Craig anticipated needs I didn’t even realize I had yet. What truly sets Craig apart is his attitude. He was professional, kind, calm, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience was not just good, but outstanding. It’s rare to encounter someone who treats customers with this level of respect and care while still being efficient and highly competent. Craig delivered all of that effortlessly.
