Laura BrowningSharing as a new tenant. Just moved in (February 2026) and enjoy the features provided including the app gate access, insulated ceilings in the unit, and location. I really hope they are not like the others where they continually raise the rates frequently (reason we left our other storage unit). Not sure what happened to “lock in your rate” approach where people can budget in a known expense without worrying the rate will change. I’ll update in 6 months (August 2026) if they too do this practice of changing rates frequently, which will push tenants out. For now, 5 stars!
