Wouldn't recommend for service members (Edit) Absolutely id love to elaborate 10 months later. Seems like you really care... to keep the story short I was asked to sign my Service Member Civil Relif Act rights away I said no and asked if I could still store my stuff here was told no, asked for my refund, took over 3 weeks to receive my refund back

This company must hate service members because my buddy that I serve with is deploying and he came here to store his stuff. This company tried to make him sign away his right to the service member relief act, and they still haven't refunded him after he declined to do so! Outrageous! Glad I didnt choose this place!

The units are listed for a reasonable price, especially for units in a gated area. Most importantly, the staff were very nice, namely Crystal and Melissa! Their email communication was quick and timely, and they were able to answer my calls when I moved in on a saturday.

I have not been there, but my wife took a load of boxes down to Norman Friday and she said it was not up to the standard she was hoping for to store household items that we will be moving into our new house. She said it was very musty smelling and the smell would soak into anything that we would be bringing into the house. She said it was not very clean, but would be suitable for my shop tools and equipment. She is looking for other locations for our household goods. The office was very helpful in getting our rental taken care of online, since we are not in the area. This storage may just be an anomaly.

Do not do business here, have had mulitple people including myself had their stuff withheld and employees requesting me to sign a document signing away my stuff after attempting to request a refund. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE
