This place is disgusting. I did all the paperwork digitally and when I went in to store my items there was a rat scurrying in the storage, it reeked and it looked like it was hanging by a thread. Be careful leaving your mattresses and furniture here. I’ve stored my furniture in many places and never have I ever experienced this kind of a makeshift disgusting place.

There is no elevator as advertised online. Not a big deal as we didn't have very much to store. Only $19 a month. Can't beat that, right? Except, I called to pay my bill month before last and was told it would be $30 that round. They changed insurance companies so it's a little more now. Ok, still cheaper than most places. An increase notice would have been nice. Normally my phone is set to remind me to call and pay my monthly bill. However, I had heart surgery and it got missed somehow. I explained this when I called a day past the grace period on Monday the 7th. They are closed the weekend so there was no way for me to pay then. (Mind you they never called or text me to let me know it was past due or a lock was being placed on my storage.) I was told a lock had been placed on my storage and it was an additional $40 in late fees to have it removed. That totaled $70. I will be having my stuffed moved out of the storage ASAP. This is poor customer service. No communication and doesn't care about people. Just there for the money.

A great place to store our supplies. Alicia is incredibly helpful and we appreciate getting set up there. Hours are great and office was very clean.

Very solid storage unit. It was clean and dry! Crystal was very nice to work with.
