Do not let the low prices bring you here. Since tge changeover, there is not clear communication. Today, I went to the storage. I had paid my bill late yet it should have been unlocked. It was not. I call because even though they list office hours on Saturday, I learn today that it's by appointment only. Online and at the office still list hours. We'll, she shows up, unlocks the unit, and is headed back to her car. I get out of mine and say, I just want to know why there are office hours listed yet no one is here. This has happened several times. Prior when I called after arrival I would get a voicemail or was told they closed early that day. Not one time have I been told appointment only. She gets upset and says it isn't her fault if the sign fell out of the window. Then it's accidents happen. No apology. No that was my fault. Again, she wasn't going to acknowledge me. She was headed to her car. So because she is in her feelings she wants me evicted. I am being rude she says. Rude because I'm telling you the truth. Rude because when you tell me you are running 2 properties I simply say get some help. I'm being rude. No Jessica. If you were paying attention, I'm trying to help myself. If you had help, my unit would not have been locked and we would not have this conversation. I will be reporting to BBB and submitting video.

I have rented a unit at this storage facility for a number of years and the management has always worked with me in a very professional manner. Yes, there was a period when units were lived in by people with no other place to go. If one was to conduct their own investigation they would find many facilities have allowed this.Since that time the management has tightened up and you will see no individuals living in units nor will you see people gaining access whenever they desire. I praise the staff there for their hard work and effort making the necessary changes to improve the storage experience at this facility. Great job!!!!!!!!

Clean, friendly staff. Doesn't advertise to be 24 hrs, but after I had rented a storage from them for a while. They gave me a gate code so that I could access my storage room 24/7. Never have seen any bugs or bug droppings in my storage. Have never had any problems at all. I actually now have 3 storage rooms rented.

Awesome management and professional staff and support from owner and especially the front office manager of the local facility. Working hard and it shows on trying to fix up and clean up every customer complaint, and client's concerns. Management is very attentive and pays strict attention to customers worries and concerns. Keep up great work.

Ha ! 4.1 rating? Give me a break. This place is crooked and let’s ILLEGAL ACTIVITY go on. Including letting people linger and live here. This place is the main cause of all the THEFT and drug infested crime go on with this area. Needs to be SHUT DOWN and FINED! Will be adding photos soon.
