Third edit: I have changed my review several times now, but I am leaving the majority of it up. The management of this location reached out to me and waived all fees, they also apologized. I appreciate both things very much, it was a hectic Halloween. Second Edit: YOU CAN LITERALLY CROSS UNITS. The photos attached are of the wall inbetween my unit and the one adjacent, and the wall has a giant GAP IN IT. Unbelievable. The photos is of the back of someone else’s unit that you can stick your whole arm into. I am extremely unhappy with this place. I went today to end the lease on my unit, and it is FULL of someone else’s stuff. My unit has been locked the entire time, and the manager on duty confirmed for me that my code hadn’t been used in 60 days. He also confirmed for me that he could not or would not check the cameras for that time period. My options as he laid them out were to pay for an extra time and clean out the unit myself (again NOT MY THINGS) or pay a cleaning fee of anywhere from $50 to $500. Someone entered my unit and left a bunch of refuse in it. They have so far refused to acknowledge that security issue or even attempt to repair it. The manager offered to work with me by saying if I cleaned up most of it he would get the rest and not charge me. I appreciate this effort, but I will not accept the fact that someone threw their stuff in my unit and GOT INTO my unit when I wasn’t there. Not a safe place to store your items, and if things go wrong don’t expect them to do anything more than the bare minimum.

Vince has been nothing short of amazing. I 100% recommend storing stuff with Public Storage. They will work with you no matter the situation. Sad I'm moving away, but very pleased with the service and hospitality I've received.

Tiger called me about my inquiry yesterday. He was very helpful. When I went into the office to finalize the rental today Vince was very thorough and helpful. Both gentlemen represented the company very well. Kudos

This move in experience was super fast and everyone was very helpful I wanna give a BIG THANKS TO VINCE FOR ALL HIS HELP!! I recommend this storage for anyone who need it.

Do not get a storage here, they tell you a price then in 1 month they up charge without notifying you. Then charge account early before due date. The person working here is rude and she is always almost gone during normal business hours.
