First off, Marco is awesome!! My man and I just recently relocated and needed some extra space but within a good budget range. We came across this one online and it was perfect! Can't beat paying $1 down for the first month. So I reserved online but for some reason it wasn't allowing us to complete the payment. I came to the office and the doors was locked. Im like okay... maybe its a bathroom break. I sat there for about 10 mins while on the phone with customer service trying to complete my reservation and she told me I had to go into the office to complete it. I explained to her Im here but the doors are locked so how am I supposed to get into my unit today? She was like well its says they're open right now... Okay im telling you nobody is here. Anywhoo, she gave me the office number and told me to call. I called and left a voicemail. About 30ish minutes later Marco called me and explained the property manager is out of office due to a personal emergency and he will be able to help get into my unit. He did exactly that! Not only did he help me over the phone, he came to the office to assist further and went and swept my unit as well to make sure it was up to par. What started out with me being irritated that nobody was there during regular office hours was turned around with satisfaction due to Marco. So thanks to him! He was super kind and VERY helpful!!!! The absolute best customer service!

This lady here is a complete con. She makes u set up appointments to pay cash. Not on ur time but on her time. I called her every week n communicate with her if im gonna b late or anything.. I had one month I couldn't get up there on her time due to her not answering the phone or returning calls. She added a bunch of fees n I had to pay over 200.00 for a 42 dollar unit.. was going to auction my stuff off. States clearly in contract if u abandon ur stuff after 3 month they can auction ur things. I was not even 32 days late. Called cooperate n nothing. N still She goes in my accnt n adds late fee a day early every time.. n my rent within 60 day went from 42 to 72 buck. This place just wants keep ur things... n also she has closed the door in my face n told me to come back later. Poor managment.. dont put ur things here.. im still on corporate to do something about her stealing money from those less fortunate.

Beware the rent will fluctuate monthly, we went from around $165-$300 + and they claim that this is a standard practice for storage units to change the rent based on the going rates and availability, but they fail to mention this when your signing the digital contract this part is hidden in the pages . So just beware to read over the contract Thoroughly ! I have also talked to other people who have storage units at other storage businesses and they have never experienced this with any other company , so beware of the fluctuating rent you may pay $100 one month and $300 the next !

Mariea is fabulous! Any time I have an issue or need something shes on top of it. She made my transfer from a larger unit to a smaller unit so seamless since I didnt need such a large space any longer. Thank you Mariea for always being so awesome!
