Booked online because there is not anyone that actually physically works there. Was told I would receive the 50% off special for the first 2 months. When I arrived I had to check in on a kiosk. It timed out because one of the questions is about insurance. You are not able to bypass that question and obviously they want you to purchase through them. I had to look up our personal insurance info and by the time I entered it the session timed out. Was never advised at time of booking that this would be needed. When I went through the entire process again, at checkout there was not a discount given. I paid full price. When I called the customer service # a representative stated that yes, original booking showed I qualified for the discount and it would go to the supervisor and I would be getting a call back. I finally called 3 days later and was informed that the corporate office denied my discount. What a joke. Go to somewhere that there is actually someone on premise to reserve and check you in. Their kiosk is their money maker!!!

I was surprised it was just a room with a kiosk no one was there to help we heard a lady in the building behind so my daughter went and asked for her help cause the card machine wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working she said she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work there so called customer service and they helped out in a reasonable time
