Will never use this company again. Checked out and they refused to prorate the rent. I understand they CAN charge the amount but why do they feel entitled to money for a service they aren't providing? Also, you start at one rent price and it's consistently raised. I've experienced this in multiple locations. In addition, if you want to speak to someone in customer service... you can't! You have to go through about 5 steps before you can TEXT with someone. There's too many options out there to settle for this one. Look elsewhere.

Good facility and good staff, but I WOULD NOT recommend it here. I started renting here two years ago at $140 a month, every few months they up my rate and I’m currently at $270 while the price for a new tenant is still at $140 a month. We will be moving our stuff elsewhere.

Public storage has no means to work with you and raise their prices frequently. I lost everything. When I would get the money to pay they just add more fees until I couldn’t pay at all. I am heartbroken.
