Rent prices change constantly. I called customer service about an issue I had 4 different times and every time the person would tell me they had no previous records of me calling and talking to anyone else. When you pay, it takes them several days to take the money out of your account and then if they take it out after your due date even if you have actually paid it several days before your due date they add on late fees that are outrageous. If you go in the physical office, the people are rude and say they have no control over anything with your account, why even have people in an office if they cant help you with anything. I will be moving our stuff out ASAP!

Kevin is just awesome,! He's nice, respectful, actually friendly, and very helpful! He's got a great personality & attitude. I have been a customer for a couple years now. I loathed dealing with them (no not b/c I didn't want to pay my bill). It was the people and the way they operated. Especially the woman she was super unprofessional to say the least. Hiring Kevin was pretty much a God send compared to prior. He needs to be employee of the month. God Bless!

I first went to the Public Storage on Mustang Road just to look at the units to see what size I needed. Awesome customer service, friendly, & professional staff! I rented a 10x20 and moved all my stuff in. It was very easy to book. Be sure to book online. You will get a reduced rate & 2nd month free. It’s a clean Public Storage, and they are very communicative & easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Won an auction online from this place what a rip off!!! The way they took their pictures made it look so wonderful but everything was trash I had to clean it out to keep my account good with the auction house. Everything that looked wonderful was broken there was an Acer computer box with no Acer in it of course. There was even a pair of dirty panties in there so basically I got a whole truck load of trash. I will never buy another unit from these people horrible!!

While I didn’t end up renting a space at THIS location, I did make my reservation at this facility and worked with a woman named Shirl. WOW. 10/10 this woman went above and beyond to help me out. Clearly an expert, she knew how to combat every issue I had, which numerous tricks up her sleeve. I still can’t believe how kind and thoughtful she was to me when she didn’t have to. Together we determined a different size and location would be best for me so she handled everything. Such a smooth evolution and makes me so proud to be a customer here. Thank you Shirl!
