If I am completely satisfied with their service.(Based upon their level of Professonalismbased upon their politeness to their customers AND, their level of the three arts communication skills, which is verbal and written and last but not least: LISTENING, so they can focus upon solutions to problems that may arise when attempting to communicate verbally with someone who does not developed good listening skills. ( Which hinders them to identify the key words in the verbal communication going on... So a thumbs up to the family in Milwaukie Oregon. The process of renting a unit their was smooth and sweet. Good afternoon, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a storage unit I won at auction. I am a storage auction buyer, and I have been unable to pay for and pick up the unit I won. For three consecutive days, I have come to the same location, and each time it has been closed. On the final day allowed for pickup, I was contacted and told that I had to pick up the unit that same day. I informed them that I needed approximately 40 minutes to arrive and that I could come immediately. I was told this was not possible and was instructed to come the next morning. The following morning, due to traffic, I arrived at 9:50 AM instead of 9:30 AM, and once again there was no staff present. As a result, I was still unable to access or retrieve my won storage unit. This situation is unacceptable. Please take action to improve these conditions, as this is not an appropriate or professional way to conduct business. I have been renting a vehicle for three days solely to retrieve this storage unit and have been unable to do so. I respectfully request assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible

Machelle is great to work with, I have two large units and after 4 days was able to transfer from a small unit to a large unit. Michelle it only took 7 minutes. Great personal service Dennis.
