This place takes the cake for having the highest fees without caring about their customers. They won't allow you to access your unit if you one day late. Then if u don't pay by 7days, they change the lock to ensure you really won't get into your space . They charge $50 dollars to change the lock I had and already paid $25 for when I rented the unit. So, really $75 total in lock fees. Then they put a lein on the unit for another $75 fee.. So, now lock fees are 150.00. But, wait, there is so much more..... To post an auction once they do a lein, another $45 is added!!! They auction the unit for $10 and now the bill has $120 additional fees added.. So, loose your stuff but still owe $30 for insurance and now over $300 in fees???? When you couldn't pay the $108.00 to start with ???? That's theft, no business makes that kind of money. I can see a class action down the road if someone has the time and willingness. Never again.. Never again!!!

Me and my husband decided to go back with this storage after not using it but for a few days a couple of years ago.... so far its been nothing but a pleasant experience!!!! The customer service is phenomenal 👏👌

This place deserves a zero. My friend had their unit broken into and over 10k worth of items stolen. The lock that the unit provides was not cut but somehow picked. The management avoided contact after we reported the theft and has hardly cooperated. In order to make a claim for the insurance that the unit requires you purchase, you need video. They have not released the video and this happened three months ago. We at first suspected that this was an inside job (still possible), but I honestly think that the management is just simply incompetent, careless, and dumb. Do not trust this place.

After 3 months the rent was increased by 50% which is appalling. $200 month was already a lot to pay for such a small space and then for it to go up to $300 is borderline criminal. A huge waste of my time to move all my stuff in and then have to move out less than 90 days later. This company is the absolute worst. Thanks for nothing.
