Mike & Matt have been more than helpful with all my needs here. Pro tip: be nice and you'll likely get treated the same :) my building is always clean vs times/owners past. Downside: limited access on weekends, I also had more access in the past and would "love" to have it returned 🙏 pretty please?

I'm extremely pleased so far. Just moved in. Mike at front desk is very nice and helpful. It's very clean and well kept. Felt very safe. I definitely recommend checking them out if you need a storage unit. Great prices. Only downfall is the shorter hours on weekends.

My main critique is how inconvenient the hours are for anyone who works a Monday through Friday 9-5. During the week, I had to rush over after getting off work, and then could only get a little moving done before storage closed. It seems like weekend hours should be longer than mid-week hours, not shorter. Matt and Mike are super friendly and helpful! They are a very nice team. Really cool facility, aesthetically speaking--I'm a fan of liminal spaces, and SmartStop nails the Backrooms vibe! I wish there were a way to keep an area half-lit when walking into it. The motion-sensor lights make sense from a practical standpoint but make the environment less creepy and fun. I don't have much frame of reference as this is the first time I've personally put things in storage, so I don't know what is industry standard and what is unique to SmartStop. Since it's called "self" storage, I was surprised that storage is only accessible when the office is open. I'm guessing it's from a security standpoint, despite everything being locked aside from what you have access to via code and key.

I’ve been renting here for 2 yrs and when I needed a smaller unit Mike found me the perfect one. He came along with me then checked while I was moving things to make sure I was ok. This place is CLEAN and Mike and Matt are the best!

Mike and Matt are extremely welcoming and helpful. They give you a tour, answer questions, explain and show you how things work. They run a tight ship and the facilities are clean, well-lit and secure. Definitely made a good first impression and we wound up getting a unit there that was a little larger than originally planned. We are very glad we found SmartStop and we also appreciate the competitive pricing.
