Very friendly service. Excellent rates. Climate controlled. My only critique would be not enough bays. Right now there are only 2 working and I feel like someone's always in them no matter what time of day I go which is a little inconvenient. But overall, a great option. I love that they have hours from 6am-10pm

I had an amazing experience at Extra Storage Space. From the second I walked in, the manager, Evan, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and engaging. They took the time to show us several unit options and clearly explained all the security procedures, which gave me total peace of mind. Moving can be stressful, but their positive energy and willingness to help made the entire process seamless and actually enjoyable. This place is horrible the old cube smart was Good. The worker name Mike gave me an attitude because i was asking questions that did not make sense. I call to get my stuff out he said if you pay $50 i could remove my items in 24 hours. We pay remove our items then I get a call saying i was charged $100 for junk removal i left 1 item because I only had 24 hours I called he said they send it to collections without even contacting me.

Updated: The guys at ESS (who took over cube smart) have been absolutely lovely. Like Twilight Zone kindness, in a great way!! The kind of service and kindness you don’t really find anymore. Evan and Michael (I think is the CO connection in the office, I didn’t ask his name!), have been wonderfully helpful, kind, going above and beyond to assist. While also just being thoughtful and interested. They make me feel like I never want to stop using a rental unit lol Cue smart: Christina (sp?) was professional, helpful, kind and friendly. The welcome bag is such a nice gesture! The unit was clean, and ready to go. The pricing deals are incredible, I'm super pleased with the option I chose. Additionally, the partnerships they have with other moving help is brilliant. I did, in fact, use Penske as a result of their deal - AAA ended up being a better discount for me, but the 10% got me there!
