So far, so good. Exceptionally clean. Well lit and very much taken care of. I just moved in today....a small unit. Easy access that I asked for, as I'm a senior citizen. Nice carts to help move items through the hallway to your unit. Price is a little high....but for having it this clean and not worrying about anything....I'll pay it for the short term. One thing, the IT department needs to tweak the on line sign up. There were several issues while doing the original sign in. However, help was only a phone call away.

Hi, The facility doesn't flood and is very clean. Some people are not willing to move their Uhaul for customers. We can't reach our own storage on a timely bases. We have to go around to the 2nd entrance for the trucks to grab our belongings. Its very tight and should be placed a One way entrance. Again very clean not a returning customer because no, they don't care about their customers. Storage right off Rt.22 is allot better and spacious. Right off the highway and allot more convenient. We will not return ever.

Upon moving in - there was a spill from the unit next to mine that leaked in. While they did call me a few times to schedule a time for it to be cleaned, I think it was odd that it wasn't cleaned out before I moved in. The entrance for cars/SUVS is very tight and hard to use, especially in the bad weather. The main doorway in the last 2 weeks of being here would not open all the way and was about 1 inch away from causing severe damage to my face as I pulled the door open to walk in and almost bashed my face on the door when it proceeded to get stuck about halfway through opening. I moved in November of 2025 and was paying 177 a month. After just 3 months they tried to increase my rent from 177 to 277! Unreal! Only reason I am giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because the indoor unit itself was nice, but that's about it. I am moved out and will not be returning.

Easy to start rental process. Giving 4 stars for now. Will update once we terminate the lease if that process is as easy as starting!

They definitely deserve a 5 star rating after working with me for a month before they gained my business. They were patient, friendly, and accommodating. The process was straight forward and easy, and their climate controlled storage units are extremely clean! Rates were the best around the Lehigh Valley!
