Julia and Jackie Are Great and Friendly Staff with exceptional customer service! I was moving out of a large home and I needed multiple units, they both helped get me into what I needed along with when another unit came available for me they called me right away. They also helped me with a great penske truck rental!

UPS Store "I just dropped off a package to have it delivered and Anne was helpful and very courteous. She provided me with a box and bubble wrap and all I had to do was hand her my ups label for shipping and I was off on my way to work. How convenient! She is amazing and always provides me with this courtesy as well as her being very supportive and the people there are all very kind and helpful. “Thank you, Anne and the rest of the crue for your amazing customer service and thank you Cindy for running such a great and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and nice staff that I dealt with. One of the units I bought wasn’t so great but that’s the name of the game. The fact they gave me extra time to do it made up for it. Definitely be back to buy more! ✌🏼😁🙏🏼

Awesome service awesome people made my move so easy. One stop shop got a truck loader my stuff up and they rented me a storage unit big enough to hold all of my stuff rented the truck a second time to move everything into my home. They worked it out to fit my needs the best. Thanks for all your help and making my move as smooth as it was.
